Mickey BartonParticipantI am getting the following error when I try to open an XML file.
Plug-in com.genuitec.myeclipse.perspective was unable to load class com.genuitec.myeclipse.ui.editors.XMLEditor.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Do you remember making any changes to the IDE which might have resulted in this issue?
Please try starting MyEclipse with -clean args and check if it fixes the issue. Also please switch to a new workspace and check if you can replicate the issue.
If the above suggestions do not work, I suggest you either repair or reinstall MyEclipse 2014 to fix the issue. You can rerun the MyEclipse 2014 installer and choose ‘Repair’ to fix the existing installation or ‘Uninstall’ to uninstall and then reinstall MyEclipse 2014. If you do not have the installer , you can download it from here.
