I installed the new MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench Version 7.0 for Mac OS/X (12/08/2008) and noticed that I do not have the “Preferences” item in the “Windows” menu.
(Windows->Preferences is missing).
I do have MyEclipse->Preferences, but that brings up a “Preferences (Filtered)” window which does not contain all the preferences.
As a workaround, I can open the help documentation on my local server (http://127.0.0.1:%5Bportnumber%5D/help/index.jsp) and search for “preferences” and click on the link in the documentation which opens the Preferences window.

What do I need to do to see the Window->Preferences item in MyEclipse 7.0 for Mac OS X?

On OS/X the preferences are under Eclipse | Preferences. You can also press Command+Comma
