If you add JSF capabilities and have the add jars and add tlds options enabled in the wizard, the jars both are dumped into the WEB-INF/lib but also into the WEB-INF dir, the tlds are not added however!

I cannot reproduce this on my local setup with any of the 3 different kinds of JSF capabilities.If you restart MyEclipse using the -clean command line parameter, and then create a new test project and add JSF caps to it, is this still happening? If so, please paste the results of MyEclipse > About > Configuration Summary for us.
