    Hi,

    I am trying to upgrade MyEclipse from 9.0 to 9.1, since 9.0 has jQuery validation issue. Here is what I did:
    Help–> MyEclipse Configuration Center. The new window starts and it says Loading Software and Workspace Center. When this process reaches 25%, it says “Software and Workspace Center is currently not available”. I tried a few times and got the same error. Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

    Everett,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you answer below queries –
    1. Copy and paste your installation detail. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > installation Details
    2. Are you behind firewall / proxy? If yes, please ensure you have setup your proxy here – window > preferences > general > network connections and retry
    3. I need to take a look at your .log to verify the actual cause of your SAWC not being available. Please open your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log and copy and paste relevant details here.

    Alternatively, you can update your ME 9.0 to 9.1 using pulse. Here is what you need to do –
    [In case you are behind proxy / firewall. Turn on the [Caps Lock] key and open pulse, this will prompt you to set your proxy details.]
    1. Open Pulse (Start > Programs > Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
    2. Login to pulse
    3. Select Eclipse – Helios realm from top left hand corner dropdown
    4. Select MyEclipse 9.0 from My profiles
    5. Right click on the same and click on [re-install and run]. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps and apply the upgrade to 9.1
    6. When prompted, please choose to restart the IDE

    Let me know how this works for you.

    By downloading pulse, it is upgraded from 9.0 to 9.1.
