The best way for us to figure out what is going on here would be for you to submit one of our automatically generated support bundles and it’s quite easy to do.
1) Open the Software and Workspace Center perspective
2) At the bottom note the “About this Profile” section. On its toolbar it has two small icons, one of which is a red and white circle that is supposed to represent a “life preserver”. It’s flyover tooltip says “Create a Support Bundle”
3) Click the life preserver icon
4) In the description box that it puts up, please include the following:
a) URL for this thread
b) Your email address so our support guys can follow up with you directly if needed.
5) Submit the bundle for us to review.
