Are you changing workspaces or is it the same workspace every time? Try shutting down MyEclipse, going into your C:\Documents and Settings\<Your User Name> directory, and manually creating a .myeclipse.properties file then try and restart MyEclipse, re-enter your information shut it down and start it up again… did it ask?
