    Steps to recreate:

    1. Create a new Web Project
    2. Click MyEclipse->Project Capabilities->Add Spring Capabilities
    3. In Spring Capabilities Dialog, attempt to check Spring 2.5 AOP Libraries
    4. Upon mouseclick (where the checkbox does not respond:
    4.1 Wait 20 minutes while hourglass is showing
    4.2 Get annoyed and use Windows Task Manager to End MyEclipse process

    Sorry to hear of your problem. I am not able to reproduce this issue at my end, I have followed the sequence of steps mentioned above. Are you behind a firewall? Are you having un-interrupted internet access? Can you please copy and paste your installtation details for me? You can find it from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details. Can you please click on MyEclipse > Utilities > Run garbage collection and try again?

    Frank, there is something going on here that I would doubt is even MyEclipse at this point — there is absolutely no code in the Spring wizard that could possibly justify a “busy” lag like that for even more than a second… I’m opening a ticket to follow up on this with you privately so we can figure out what the heck is going on.
