    We upgraded to MyEclipse 2014 and now when we deploy our with applications remotely not Deplyments Project backup folder(.bak) is created on the server even if the dialog is confirmed.

    Thank you for pointing it. I could replicate the issue at my end. I have filed a PR for the dev team to look into it.
