Hi,

I have the same or a similar problem and I’am afraid, this is a problem in which several components are involved (sorry, mostly so).
First, the mentioned ‘New Form, Action and JSP’ wizard causes always an total eclipse crash (also in older MyEclipse and Eclipse versions)
then I followed the instructions given here and tried a fresh installation (without xml buddy and deinstalled oracle tidily including their jdk versions before).

Now the same eclipse (3.1.0) and the same my eclipse version (3.8.2 GA) shows a different behaviour, it crashes not more but error messages will displayed in the problems view and the log file is filled. Note that, I always used a fresh eclipse now without plugins.

I think, now I have exactly the same problem like the poster hechun, if I use Eclipse:
Version: 3.1.0
Build id: 200409240800. The classes he created have not the needed import statements but I can easy add this statements through eclipse
import functionality (libs are existing). The flow diagram and source have also not the content, which they have should.

Then I tried the old eclipse:
Version: 3.0.0
Build id: 200406251208 and I have no problem anymore. The problem seems to be the newer eclipse version?

Lastly, let me mention that I find the idea of MyEclipse very good but the available documentation and still the struts
bugs deters developers to use and buy it. But I hope, that will be better in future to show the true power of myeclipse.

That’s exactly the issue. We don’t currently support version the version 3.1.0 milestone builds so there are likely a number
of problems with it as the Eclipse team shuffles their code around. This can introduce bugs into Eclipse during the build
cycles and incompatibilities with 3rd part products, such as MyEclipse. We’ll begin to support 3.1.0 when it reaches the
release candidate stage so that we can have a fully functional GA release very near the release date of 3.1.0.

Lastly, let me mention that I find the idea of MyEclipse very good but the available documentation and still the struts
bugs deters developers to use and buy it. But I hope, that will be better in future to show the true power of myeclipse.

Additionally, I believe you’ll find the struts tools are quite stable with Eclipse 3.0 and 3.0.1, which we support
on three platforms.

thank you for your answer. I didn’t know the version requirements.
I am pleased to hear of the planned documentations.
BTW, are there also better paying possibilities especially for germany in the near future otherwise I have to create a paypal account?
