I updated to the lastest mobione version yesterday, everything was working fine. this morning I go to do something and now mobione stops loading after the flash screen. What can I do?

Hi daveclark,

Try clearing the MobiOne metadata as follows:
1) open the task manager and ensure there is not a zombie version of mobione.exe running
– if you find a process running, kill it and then try launching mobione again. If mobione.exe does not start proceed to #2

2) clear the mobione metadata by deleting this directory and then launch mobione
<user-home-dir>\.mobione\.metadata\runtime\plugins, e.g., C:\Users\Octavio\.mobione\runtime\.metadata\plugins

Let us know if this resolves the issue.

I did not see a zombie version running, I then deleted the plugins directory like you said and “all is right with the world”

everything works like a champ now.
