Charles HasegawaMemberThanks for the good work and for not only putting out a decent product, but in the timely manor in which patches and upgrades are made available.
When I purchased my subscription, I realized that there would probably be features missing that I’d want and that with your agressive release schedule for new features, probably some bugs along the way. However, for the given price and the feature that were present, I couldn’t say no.
Yes there have been some annoying bugs, but the upgrades your team continues to add, and the speed with which fixes are released has been a very pleseant surprise (again esp. considering the price tag).
This product has made working on JSP pages much much easier for me and I can’t wait for each new release to see what new features have been added. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Even though we’ve priced our product very aggressively, we never try to use that as an excuse whenever bugs are discovered. We just do our very best to address them as quickly as possible and make sure that our product continues to improve with each subsequent release. Our entire staff uses our products and this “eat your own dog food” approach will continue to ensure that if our customers feel pain, we do too.
Going forward, I’ve looked at our development schedule for the remainder of the year and there are lots of interesting things coming up. And just like in the past, you’ll continue to see them sneak into the product and then improve with each release, rather than arrive in some sort of “big bang” of features at large intervals.
