In order to be able to download a file in your download section, i have to disable ‘browser privacy’ in ‘privacy control’ in my installation of norton internet security.

browser privacy : Prevents a Web site from retrieving my email address or the address of the last Web site visited etc

We have recently modified our security procedures to protect ourselves from users abusing our download area. As a part of that security check, our server needs to know the last website you visited. What you are reporting is an unknown side effect of our new policy. I will send this issue to management for review. Thanks for your report and sorry for any inconvenience.
