My debugger shows the value if I hover my mouse over a variable. But AFTER I used mouse to interact with the Swing application in debugging mode, MyEclipse stopped showing values when I hovered over a variable.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

1. Can you please share the MyEclipse Build ID from Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Edition > Build ID ?

2. Switch to a new workspace, replicate the issue and copy paste the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log.

3. If possible please prepare a sample project which exhibits this issue and share it with us to help us replicate the issue at our end.

The problem was gone after I re-eclipsed the project with Maven and did a Project->Clean.
