Hi there,

I’ve managed to configure WAS 6.1 connector properly – MyEclipse is properly starting WAS. I have two problems:

1. no output on the console – no information about server starting etc… is this natural behaviour? App server started (I could log on to the admin console).

2. no deployment – I’ve created basic web-app, added deployment as the packaged archive and … it get’s loaded to AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\installableApps but is not visible in the admin console (list of available enterprise applications). What I am doing wrong?

For the first issue, have you configured your server to show standard out and standard error in MyEclipse Console view?
For the second issue, after the application has been deployed from MyEclipse, you should install the application start the application from websphere
