The easiest thing would be just uninstalling and installing again. However, if you want to juse move the MyEclipse installation directory to the E: drive and then open up your eclipse directory and there should be a “links” folder. In that folder there will be one file that points to the location of your MyEclipse installation. Just change the path to the new location of you MyEclipse installation on the E: drive. Then the most important step is to restart eclipse with the “-clean” argument at least once to clean out the plugin configuration cache.
