    Jeff,

Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Window > Open Perspective > Other > SVN Repository Exploring.

yeah the perspective was not in the list. I found out that the way we installed myeclipse, it turned out we had to apply some updates from the software control center that pops up when you first activate myeclipse.

    thanks

    Jeff,

Are you all set with the SVN Repository perspective? You mention

yeah the perspective was not in the list. I found out that the way we installed myeclipse, it turned out we had to apply some updates from the software control center that pops up when you first activate myeclipse.

In case the plugin is not completely installed, please use the configuration center to update the same. After installation, please verify the same under Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench > Installation Details > Plug-ins.
If you still cannot see the SVN perspective, please check Window > Customized Perspective. Choose Shortcuts tab. Select *Open Perspective* from the pull down menu of Submenus. Check if SVN Repository Exploring is listed here.
