I get this error when ever I want to install devstyle on fresh download of 2019-03. I tried it a week ago and got the same error. Please fix the problem since I cant write code without darkest dark theme 🙂

The updatesite is working correctly in this end, this looks like a connection issue (Firewall or Proxy), can you try to download the jar file in your error to see if your browser is able to download it (just click in one of the links you share).

Oscar GrajedaWhen I wrote this post I could not download jar files via browser. It gave some reading error.
But now it is ok, I installed devstyle succesfully.Thanks,
