I just switched to using the Pulse version of MyEclipse (latest available) running on fresh install Vista Ultimate and when I open the EAR project add and remove modules, when I click on a web app, I get the following error. It also tries to default a context root when I initially add a web app but the FINISH button does not enable until you change it to only a forward slash. It seems to work and continue on but the null pointer dialog is worrisome.

Are you working on the 64 bit OS ? Can you switch to a new workspace and test this out again.
