jrfurmanMemberI’m going to try firefox for awhile, been using no IE and MyE built in browser and no problems so far since. So now I’m going to use Firefox and see what happens.
Scott AndersonParticipantThat’s a great indicator! Keep us posted.
akua_padmajaMemberHi,
I have a similar problem though I have java files open as well so can’t say it is jsp related only. It does seem that when the ide is idle for a while, it suddenly crashes with a log. Sometimes this happens 3-4 times a day and I have lost my edits sometime which is really annoying. Never had this problem with previous version(4.1.1)
Here is the log:#

perihanMemberHi, i have the same problem with my Socket-Programming-MultiThreaded software which uses TelnetWrapper , not with MyEclipse but Eclipse 3.2 RichServerPlatform, as stated below.
I could determine that the problem occurs only on DEBUGging mode, and in TelnetWrapper’s code while handling I/O. In running mode also, it probably occurs but it gives no error message, waits for something infinite instead and i can not debug what it is waiting for.
I hope it would be helpful for you to fix it, any suggestion will be appreciated.#
